CLoS 2013 Blue Paper is a continuation of 2012 Annual Report on Cyber Lifestyle of Students in K-12 in Beijing, which is the result of Research on Student Network Lifestyle Survey and Counter measures (MAA10001) funded by the major project of Beijing "Eleventh Five-Year" Education Sciences Planning. CLoS 2013 Blue Paper funded by Beijing Digital School pilot research projects is based on data newly collected by amendments to the questionnaire in 2013.

This report is of great value to research on information, media and technology literacy of the youths, and the learning modes of digital generation. It also can be valuable reference for policy making on both of education and ICT in Education. The society and parents could know more about the new generation and their children through this report. The teachers will find it useful to transform their teaching and learning.
